As of March 1, 2021, Niagara is in the Red-Control zone of the provincial framework. The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services is providing guidance to congregate care settings in light of case numbers across the province, Niagara is a region that has been advised to follow enhanced precautions.
In response to this announcement, and with guidance from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and Public Health, the following modifications will be implemented:
In-person visits to the NTEC Administration building is by appointment only; please call your NTEC contact to obtain entry. Upon entering the building, all visitors are required to wear a mask, sanitize their hands and complete the COVID-19 Screening and sign in at the entry doors.
In-person NTEC Day Services, Neighbourhood Connections and Job Path - job readiness programsare currently suspended. We are offering Virtual Recreational Programming at this time. Job readiness program will be available virtually in the near future. Employment Services are available with COVID restrictions.Your ongoing cooperation and understanding as we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic is greatly appreciated.
