WELCOME TO NTEC


Niagara Training & Employment Agency, or NTEC, is a non-profit organization that empowers people with special needs to participate more fully in community life.

Programs such as groundskeeping, landscaping, food services, horticulture, light assembly, and waste management, provide cost-effective solutions for business, and meaningful opportunities and experiences for people with special needs. NTEC's employment and life skills oriented programming has made it a leader in the Canadian social sector.

NTEC is guided by a volunteer Board of Trustees that generously contribute their time to ensure the success of the organization. In 1997, NTEC formed an alliance with Niagara Support Services to work towards providing a broader spectrum of services for people with special needs in Niagara. A series of shared Vision, Mission and Value Statements guide our planning.
